St. Jeromine in Her Study bridges classical iconography and contemporary spatial design. Built at a 1/2" = 1'-0" scale, this proposal model reinterprets the traditional theme of St. Jerome in His Study—frequently depicted by Renaissance masters—into a physical installation concept.
The work investigates the architectural sanctuary of the study, framing space, light, and perspective to evoke introspection and scholarly quietude. By translating the quiet intensity and structured geometry of two-dimensional Renaissance paintings into a three-dimensional model, the artwork serves as a physical prototype for a larger, buildable spatial experience.
