The domestic item collection at the Sandy Spring Museum features vintage artifacts from the former Quaker community that formed part of the Underground Railroad. Courtney Miller Bellairs designed a collection of fine art prints using her own photographs of items from the collection. These modern vintage designs were part of Courtney's exhibition with the Museum in 2013 and were printed by Jon Miller when he lived in Sandy Spring.
‘We really love your work, and appreciate the support to the Sandy Spring Museum. The museum has embarked on a new mission: to combine the arts with the history. Your exhibit is the brightest example of what we could hope to achieve.’ Douglas B. Farquhar, Vice President Board of Trustees.
